We are excited to announce that Skye Jethani will be a guest speaker at PNA Connect, the new convention of the Pacific Northwest Association of the Church of God, October 7-8, 2018. He will be leading our Monday conference, challenging us to live out our faith despite the consumer culture prevalent in our society and the church. Skye is an author, speaker, consultant, and pastor who is sought after by churches, Christian organizations, and media to speak to the intersection of faith and culture. He is a significant voice for the American church today.
For over a decade, Skye served in numerous editorial and executive roles at Christianity Today, including Managing and Executive Editor of Leadership Journal. Today he is president of Measure the Clouds, a non-profit organization helping a post-Christian generation discover a ravishing vision of life with God. He also leads SkyPilot Media which develops multimedia resources for use by churches, colleges, and community groups; and serves as the co-host of the popular Phil Vischer Podcast. Skye is an ordained minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Skye is the author of several books, such as The Divine Commodity: Discovering a Faith Beyond Consumer Christianity (2009), and Immeasurable: Reflections on the Soul of Ministry in the Age of Church, Inc. (2017 – Christianity Today’s Pastoral/Church Leadership Book of the Year).
