The vision of the PNA is
healthy congregations of Christ-followers
transforming individuals and communities around them

Our Strategic Emphases

  1. Strengthen Churches by providing Resources and Coaching that contribute to God's mission and relational health
  2. Develop Leaders through Relational Connectivity
  3. Work through a Flexible Organization built on Leaders and Teams practicing resonsibility, authority and accountability
  4. Operate oiur Camp as a Ministry that serves our churches.
